This place was quiet. Amiable and accommodating staff made sure we had a relaxing stay during all our visit. There was a bath. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

It had a good and stunning setting near to Opposite beach, Pollenca and surrounding area and good restaurants and bars. Very large building, where we stayed.

All in all had such wonderful experience during all our visit.

It was located in a busy area not far from the centre and the square, all the shops and Bellamar, A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were a bonus.

Inclusive accommodation with bright and tidy rooms and location close to town centre. Available nice pool. Good service from the pleasant staff.

Location is great, Pollentia nearby. The staff are WELCOMING and nice, thanks for the help. Good service is a plus. It has terrace, where guests can use air conditioning and a shower.

Great family apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the beach and the sea. The apartment was well decorated with a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. The shared pool was a good size, perfect for the whole family. The location was ideal, with everything in the area easily accessible on foot.

Overbooked and noisy. We were disappointed to receive an email the day before our trip, informing us that the hotel had overbooked and we had to stay in alternative accommodation for the first night.

We stayed here a couple of years ago but ownership has now changed and the apartments have been modernised to a high standard. The situation for us is ideal, facing the beach albeit across a busy main road. There is now 24 hour reception and the staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Ideally situated for restaurants/shops with the town centre about a 10 minute leisurely stroll away.

We all like and dislike different things so my opinion of course will not apply to everyone. I travel abroad a lot and need WiFi daily for a variety of reasons. I never stay anywhere where internet access is not available but I do resent having to pay for it in this day and age. I really think it should be provided within the overall costs. Washing machine facilities are not available otherwise we would stay for a month but for 2 weeks most people can cope. Clothes hanging space is very limited with only one small wardrobe containing three small drawers. Another wardrobe could be provided instead of the large stand for suitcases!

It was located in a busy area on the sea front. We could enjoy views of the quite beach.

Conveniently located near the beach, comfortable apartments with air conditioning, and helpful staff. Good size balcony, clean rooms, and regular cleaning service. Pleasant area with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Easy access to local transportation for exploring the area.

Good beach front position a short walk from the town centre. All facilities were spotlessly clean and the apartment while simply furnished was very comfortable and had a fine seaview. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it for a family holiday.

The Hotel is located right at the sea shore. The beach is very nice (white sand, clear water). We have been there at end of May and in contrary to the other beaches in Mallorca, the water was already pleasently warm. I assume ti is due to the fact that this beach is a part of the bucht.

We were very disappointed with our appartment. We got room number 11, which is one of the 2 rooms (out of 20!!) that is not facing the seaside, It is facing the back yard, with the garbage containers and storage rooms!!!. Though on the booking desrcription it was writtent that all of the rooms are facing the sea. On our request to change the room (we even suggested to pay extra fee for upgrade), the reception said that all rooms are occupied (though we booked 1.5 month in advance) and there is no chance to change a room. Generally reception was not helpfull w anything and was hardly there. Rooms were small and dark, furniture in bedroom was horrible- two separate beds from ikea, very uncomfortable..!
